Fourteen days, no reason needed. Setting Viewport up takes about half an hour, so that is long enough to find out whether it works for you.
If you bought as a consumer in the EU, you have fourteen days from purchase to change your mind and get your money back, without giving a reason. Write to appkeyup@gmail.com with the email you paid from. We will refund in full, to the way you paid, within fourteen days of hearing from you.
You do not need a form or a reason. If you want one, the model withdrawal form from Annex I of Directive 2011/83/EU works.
A licence bought for a term is not refundable part-way through it, because the relay keeps running and the software keeps working for the rest of the term. You can simply not renew.
Two exceptions:
Nothing renews without you paying again — there is no subscription running in the background to cancel, and no card kept on file by us. When the term ends the relay stops, TikTok posting stops with it, and everything else carries on: Viewport keeps running on your own infrastructure, Instagram and YouTube keep publishing through your own accounts, and all of your data stays in your own database.
Renewing later picks up where you left off.
We can suspend a licence whose use puts our TikTok integration at risk — posting TikTok would treat as spam, or content against their guidelines. We will tell you why. A suspension for that reason is not refunded. If you think it was a mistake, reply and we will look again.
Your purchase is handled by our payment provider, who is the merchant of record and appears on your statement and invoice. The seller of the licence is SELLER — full name, address, IČO.
Write to us first — nearly everything is settled that way. If you bought as a consumer and we cannot resolve it, you may take the matter to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz), which handles out-of-court consumer disputes, or to the courts where you live.
