ViewportLicence Agreement

This is what you are buying, what you may do with it, and how it ends. It is short on purpose.
This agreement is between SELLER — full name, address, IČO ("we") and the person or organisation who bought the licence ("you"). It covers the Viewport software and the Viewport relay service.
1 · What you get
A licence to run one instance of Viewport, on infrastructure you control, for your own social media accounts or those of the organisation that bought the licence. You may run further instances for development or testing, so long as only one publishes.
The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable. It is not a sale of the software itself.
2 · The term
The licence runs for the period stated when you bought it, normally twelve months from the day it was issued. During that term you get updates to the software and access to the relay.
When the term ends, the software keeps working, and the relay stops. Instagram and YouTube publish through your own accounts and are unaffected; TikTok stops, because that is the part that runs through us. Renewing starts it again.
3 · The relay
TikTok requires every application that posts publicly to be registered and audited by TikTok. The relay is a service we operate that holds that audited application, so you do not need one of your own. When you post to TikTok through Viewport, the post is made by our TikTok application on your instruction.
Because our TikTok integration is at stake for every customer who uses it, we apply limits and may withdraw access:
- A daily ceiling on TikTok posts per licence, currently fifteen. It is below TikTok's own limit.
- We may suspend a licence's relay access if posting through it would put our TikTok integration at risk — for example, posting that TikTok would treat as spam, or content that breaks their guidelines. If we do, we will tell you why.
- The relay is not guaranteed to be available at all times. If it is down, TikTok posts wait in your queue and go out when it returns.
You can avoid depending on the relay entirely: supply your own approved TikTok application, and Viewport will use it instead.
4 · What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the software, or make it available to people outside your organisation.
- Use one licence to publish for several unrelated parties, such as clients of an agency. One licence, one operator.
- Remove or work around the licence check, or share your licence key.
- Use the software to publish content that breaks the terms, community guidelines or content policies of Instagram, YouTube or TikTok, or applicable law.
Nothing here prevents you from doing anything mandatory law permits regardless of contract, including studying how the software works and the interoperability rights under Directive 2009/24/EC.
5 · Your content and your accounts
You keep every right to the content you publish, and you are responsible for having the rights to publish it. We do not review it, moderate it, or claim any interest in it. We never gain access to the social accounts you connect through your own Composio project — see the Privacy Policy for what the relay does hold.
6 · Updates and support
Updates released during your term are included. We do not promise any particular feature, timetable, or that the software will continue to work with a platform that changes its API. Support is by email at appkeyup@gmail.com, best effort, during the term.
7 · Warranty
Except where law says otherwise, the software is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. Viewport depends on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and the services underneath them; none of those are under our control and we cannot promise a post will be accepted, that a platform's numbers are accurate, or that any measurement Viewport reports will predict anything in future.
8 · Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability under this agreement is limited to what you paid for the licence in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost reach, lost followers, or lost revenue.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury, for anything done intentionally or with gross negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
9 · Ending it
You may stop using Viewport at any time; see the Refund Policy for what that means for money already paid. We may end this agreement if you break it materially and do not put it right within fourteen days of being asked, or immediately if your use puts our TikTok integration at risk.
When it ends, your licence key stops working. The software and everything it collected stay on your own infrastructure.
10 · Law
This agreement is governed by Czech law. If you bought as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
11 · Changes
We may change these terms for licences bought after the change. The terms you agreed to when you bought continue to apply for the rest of your term.
