Viewport ("the App") is a desktop application that lets a creator schedule and publish their own video content to social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, and review performance metrics for that content. By installing or using the App, you ("the user") agree to these terms.
The App publishes content to social media accounts that the user owns and connects themselves. Connecting an account is done through that platform's own authorisation screen, and the user can revoke access at any time from the platform or from within the App. The App accesses no account the user has not explicitly connected.
The user keeps all rights to the content they upload and publish. The user is solely responsible for that content and for ensuring they have the rights to publish it. The App does not review, moderate, or claim ownership of user content.
The App may only be used to publish content that complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies of each connected platform, and with applicable law. Using the App for spam, bulk unsolicited posting, impersonation, or automated engagement is not permitted. Access may be withdrawn from any user who does so.
The App integrates with Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok through their official APIs. Use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms of service. The App is not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, policies, rate limits, or availability, and cannot guarantee that a scheduled post will be accepted by a platform.
Scheduled publishing depends on services outside the App's control. The App makes a reasonable effort to publish at the requested time but does not guarantee exact timing or uninterrupted operation.
The App is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and may be modified or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, liability for loss arising from use of the App is limited to the amount paid for it.
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
